10 Push ups
20 Lunges (10 a side)

15 minutes AMRAP
10 Burpees
15 Inch Worms
20 Lateral lunges (10 a side)
Workout 3
5 rounds
45 seconds on/ 15 seconds off
10 Plank walk outs
20 Side plank with rotation L
20 Dead bugs (lying on back opposite arms 10 a side)
20 Side plank with rotation R
