I use a Nutri Bullet which is inexpensive and easy to wash. Use whichever blender you prefer.
1/2 Frozen Mixed Berries
2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Tea Spoon of Flax/ Chia Seeds
1 Scoop of Greens Powder
2 Thumbs of Almonds/ Almond Butter
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yoghurt (Fage is good)
Blend and enjoy!
